1. How do I place an order?
Simply find the parts you need by using our search bar or by selecting your vehicle’s Year, Make, and Model. Add the parts to your cart and proceed to our secure checkout. You will need a valid payment method and shipping address to complete your purchase.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal for your convenience. All transactions are securely processed.
3. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but if the order has already been shipped, it will have to be processed as a return.
4. How can I check my order status?
You can check your order status at any time by logging into your account on our website. You will also receive email notifications when your order is confirmed, when it ships, and when it’s out for delivery.

8. How can I be sure the part will fit my specific BMW?
The best way to guarantee fitment is to provide your vehicle’s 17-digit Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) during checkout. Our team of experts will manually check your order against your VIN to ensure every part is correct for your specific vehicle.
9. Where can I find my car’s VIN?
You can find your VIN on your vehicle’s registration, your insurance card, or on the driver’s side of the vehicle—either on the door jamb or at the base of the windshield.
10. What if I don’t provide a VIN?
While you can order without a VIN, we cannot guarantee fitment. We are not responsible for incorrect parts if a VIN was not provided with the order. We highly recommend using your VIN to avoid costly returns and delays.
11. What are OEM parts?
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. These are the same parts that your BMW was built with at the factory. They are designed and tested by BMW to ensure the highest quality, perfect fit, and optimal performance.
12. Why should I choose OEM parts over cheaper aftermarket parts?
OEM parts guarantee factory-level quality, compatibility, and longevity. They are backed by a manufacturer warranty and ensure your BMW performs as intended. While aftermarket parts can be cheaper, they often vary in quality and can fail prematurely, potentially costing you more in the long run.
13. Are the parts you sell new or used?
We only sell brand new, Genuine OEM BMW parts and accessories.
14. I see a part on your site. Is it in stock?
Our online catalog is a comprehensive reference guide. While we stock millions of dollars in parts, some items may be special-order from BMW’s distribution centers. If you need a part urgently, please contact us to confirm availability before ordering.
15. How do I know if I need a “left” or a “right” side part?
In the US, “Left” always refers to the Driver’s Side, and “Right” always refers to the Passenger’s Side.
Shipping & Delivery
16. How long will it take to get my order?
In-stock items typically ship within 24-48 hours. Special-order parts usually ship within 3-5 business days. Your total delivery time will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout.
17. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the items in your order and your location.
18. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. Please contact us for special inquiries.
19. What should I do if my order is damaged during shipping?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for the damaged item to be returned and will send a replacement out to you as quickly as possible.
20. What happens if a part is on backorder?
If a part you order is on backorder from BMW, we will notify you immediately with an estimated arrival time. You will have the option to wait for the item or cancel it for a full refund.
21. Can I track my shipment?
Yes, once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website to monitor your delivery.
Returns & Warranty
22. What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please visit our “Return Policy” page for full details on eligibility and how to initiate a return. Please note that electrical parts and special-order items may not be returnable.
23. Do you charge a restocking fee?
A restocking fee may apply to certain returns. Please refer to our full Return Policy for details.
24. Do your parts come with a warranty?
Yes. All Genuine OEM BMW parts we sell are covered by BMW’s 2-year/unlimited-mileage manufacturer warranty, valid at any BMW dealership in the US.
25. How do I make a warranty claim?
If you believe a part has failed due to a manufacturing defect, you can take it to any authorized BMW dealership for a warranty claim. You will need your original invoice from us as proof of purchase.
26. What if I receive the wrong part?
If we made an error and you provided your VIN with your order, we will cover all costs to get you the correct part. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to report the issue.

27. Do I need an account to place an order?
While you can check out as a guest, creating an account allows you to track your orders, view your order history, and save your vehicle information for a faster checkout process in the future.
28. How do I create an account?
