How do I make sure a part fits my BMW?
Use the vehicle selector (year/model/trim) or enter the last 7 digits of the VIN on the product page. If a part has superseded numbers, we’ll show the current compatible replacement. Need help? Contact support with VIN and the part you’re replacing.
Are your parts genuine OEM or aftermarket?
Product pages clearly label parts as Genuine BMW (OEM), OEM-equivalent, or aftermarket. Genuine BMW parts ship in original packaging; OEM-equivalent parts meet the same specification from the original manufacturer; aftermarket options are selected for reliable fit and value.
How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
Most in‑stock orders ship within 1 business day. Standard delivery is typically 2–5 business days depending on location; expedited options are available at checkout. Live shipping rates are shown at checkout based on weight, distance, and speed.
What is your return policy?
New, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Electrical and special-order parts are generally non‑returnable. Start a return from your account or contact support with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once inspected.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to cancel or modify it. Special‑order items may not be cancelable once submitted to the supplier. Reach out as soon as possible with your order number and the requested change.
Do you offer warranty coverage?
Genuine BMW parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty; other parts include the supplier’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by item—see the product page or contact support with your order number.
Do you offer installation support?
We provide torque specs and fitment notes when available and can confirm supersession/compatibility. For safety, professional installation is recommended for complex or safety‑critical components.
